thursday bench/ friday squat

Thursday bench
-shoulders still feeling rough, so went with assistance work.

-was pretty happy with this, probably going to reset and try for 175 for 7 reps then 185 then 195 and retest... something like that. would like to get this to 250, that would be pretty sweet.

dumbell pullovers


Friday

10 singles with 425 and chains.

weight moved same speed as 405, going to go to 445 next week. This wasn't easy, and I'm not really sure how hard this was, I'm hoping I can do 10 singles up to 475ish, but we'll have to see. Next week will be interesting and challenging, and a test to see where I'm at, if I roll through it like tonite, then I'm definitely in PR land, The meet is pretty far away, so I don't think it'll hurt to keep going like this for a while, then retest my squat, then do a prep for the meet. Monday will be interesting as well, I'll be attempting 445x5, I think I can do both workouts... 465 will be interesting. I think when I can do 500 with chains for 10 singles I'll squat 600. I don't know what I'll want to do for the meet yet... but it'll be fun to have a set program to follow
