Friday squat saturday bench

calf felt half decent, I think next week I'll be able to front squat again.

that was all my calf could take.

285 for 10 sets of 3

- went flat footed for quite a few of my sets, leg drive felt really good. Weight didn't feel easy, but I was never in danger of not getting all the reps.

Going to go 255 for 5 sets of 7, 275 for 7 sets of 5, and 295 for 10 sets of 3 next week.
