-forearms and elbows are torn up, and I wasn't quite locking these out until the third rep.
-going to focus on overhead press for a bit, until this goes away.

-I'm just hitting a training low right now I feel on bench, and I should get recovered a bit, I think I just need to do some more back work and my pecs and shoulders will loosen up.
