Wednesday deadlift

warmed up fairly well, wasn't feeling too hot before training, almost skipped the session.

-was only supposed to do 2, but they were just too easy and just wanted to see where I was at, the week before didn't feel so good.
dropped down to
420 3x3

skipped power shrugs and the circuit. not a bad session.
