-I went in expecting this to be easy, and got woken up a bit. Not easy at all. I'm a little worried for reps of 4 and above, I know I'll get some 4's, and that'll help me to get 5, 6 reps will be hard, but if I can do it, then things should fall into place. Off the top of my head, if I miss any reps, I'll just have to add in sets and hope for the best.

I get to do 4's in Ottawa, then I'm off to Calgary wednesday morning, so I may be looking for a place to do my light front squat, then find a place to squat on Friday for 5's. Not looking forward to doing this in a crappy gym, so hopefully I'll find something good.
