warmed up well, but mostly just for my knees, all the squatting causes a fair bit of ache.

front squat
345 4 sets of 3
-had to skip the last 2 sets, calf was bugging me quite a bit, but happy I got the 4 sets in, 3 reps felt easyish. Looking forward to getting to 4. My only concern with the high reps is just hanging onto the bar... I'm hoping this will force me to strain hard to keep technique, and that will translate very well to the lower reps.
