Warm up
tiger balm on knees
bodyweight squats
late stretch
-besides knees aching, I got into position easily.

Front squat
345 6 sets of 2

-This was still really hard, weight felt very heavy, everyone told me they were moving quick. I was just still tired from Mondays squat, I'll be recovered by Friday and get my 6's.
