Mini cycle day week 1 day 1

warm up
75 face pulls
75 hypers
-this was pretty hard, didn't have to do any dynamic today to get into position.

Back squat
295 4 sets of 9
-these were hard, just cause I got tired. really worked on stabilizing with my quads with a slight internal rotation, hitting parallel and externally rotated hard, then internally rotated on my way back up and really squeezed with the glutes. Changing that kind of stuff, is how I need to get to 600.

Bench, heels down
205 4x9
that's a lot of reps.

Pulls off box at knee
335 2x9
- just going to take these slow and keep with really good form.

these were light weights, but i was liftign them fast, and I was gassed.

I may squat tomorrow just because I'm talking a dance class wednesday night. Always wanted to be able to dance at a bar, and not be pointed and laughed at... figured i'd try.
